Toledo U.S. Courthouse, San Juan, Puerto RicoThe General Services Administration (GSA), Northeast and Caribbean Region, Public Buildings Service is pleased to announce the issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for General Construction Services for the Hurricane Repair Project at the Jose V. Toledo U.S. Courthouse (Toledo Courthouse) located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. All solicitation posts and updates for this project will be posted to Solicitation No. 47PC0620R0001.THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. A company is considered a small business under this NAICS code if its average annual gross sales and receipts over a period of three (3) years are $36,500,000 or less.Interested offerors - See all attached solicitation file packages for full details. Some of the solicitation documents are Sensitive But Unclassified. To access these documents your company must request access through the beta.sam.gov website.A Pre-proposal Conference and site visit is scheduled to be held at 8:00a.m (PR local time) on Monday November 18, 2019 at the project site. Please contact Natalia Lugo-Viña, Contracting Officer, at natalia.lugo-vinacruz@gsa.gov to register by 11:00a.m (PR local time) no later than Friday November 15, 2019. Please note the solicitation number in the subject field of your email. Proposals for this RFP must be submitted in electronic format.
