It is requested that an email be sent to Frederick.L.Cooper@usace.army.mil to confirm attendance by your organization.DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Project work consists of Work consists of beach fill between R-12 to R-41+305. The primary sand source will be located in Passage Key Inlet ebb shoal. The fill template design includes a berm crest elevation of +4.0 feet North American Vertical Datum 1988 (NAVD88). The seaward face of the berm has a slope of 1v:14h from R-12 to R-33 and a slope of 1v:15h for R-33 to R-41+305. The cut depths at the borrow areas vary from 14 feet to 27 feet with a two-foot disturbance depth. Project work also includes, but is not limited to, beach tilling, construction/vibration control and monitoring, turbidity monitoring, pipeline corridor mapping, endangered species monitoring, sea turtle trawl-sweeping (hopper dredges only), beach fill remediation, and incidental related work.NAICS Code: 237990, size standard $27.5 million.Magnitude of Construction is between $15,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. The request for proposal will be issued on or about 17 December 2019 and proposal will be due on or about 15 January 2020. Award of the subject Task Order will be made utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures. For LPTA, the technical evaluation factors are availability of technically acceptable plant and equipment and past performance.
