- N00164-20-Q-0045 - SOLE SOURCE - WATERLOAD COUPLER AND RF WATERLOAD - FSG 1680 - NAICS 334419 ISSUE DATE 11 DEC 2019- CLOSING DATE 16 DEC 2019 - 3:00 PM Eastern TimeThis solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-20 -Q-0045 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, (Microwave Engineering Corporation, 1551 Osgood Street, North Andover, MA 01845, CAGE CODE: 06351), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Base Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the following ITEM DESCRIPTION -CLIN 0001 - Waterload Coupler P/N R80Q-296 IAW Statement of WorkCLIN 0002 - RF Waterload P/N C80-380(9705HF-E1) IAW Statement of Work CLIN 0003 - Option #1 Expedited shippingInspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001.Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ.The anticipated award date is December 20, 2019. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov.
