- Summary Scope of Work: Annex: 1604000 Wastewater The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items necessary to provide the wet wells and sewer line maintenance following services:Recurring Services - Wet Well Service that includes pumping, cleaning, transportation and disposal services.Non-Recurring Services - The Contractor to provide slip line sewage collection pipeline services with cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) either by an inversion and curing of system or with an ultraviolet (UV) cured system. The Contractor to maintain manholes to ensure system integrity and extend the operational life of the manhole. The Contractor to repair all concrete spalling, perform channel repair, and install a complete epoxy coating of the manhole. The Contractor to inspect sewage collection pipelines to ensure a complete assessment of condition. The Contractor to report, and photograph all defects, and damage while performing manhole inspections. The Contractor to perform cleaning of sewer pipelines. Debris and solids shall be captured at the downstream manhole and removed for dewatering and disposal. Work includes sampling of debris and solids for proper disposal as required. The Contractor shall sample for the following: 1. Percentage Moisture 2. Heavy Metals 3. Reactive Sulphide 4. PH 5. TPRH (Oil and Grease) 6. TPH Diesel. The Contractor to record video clips of continuous structural defects, such as longitudinal cracks, with a grade rating to show the magnitude of the defect, or of surface defects, such as infiltration, to show the degree of the defects. The inspected pipelines will be between 4 to 24 inches in diameter.Additional Non-Recurring Services may include:Pipeline cleaning (4” to 24”); pipeline inspection; bucket clean pipe lines while simultaneous manual cleaning; mechanical rodding (4” to 24”); sewer pump out; sludge and waste classification and testing percentage of moisture; heavy metal, reactive Sulphide, PH, TPRH (oil and grease) and TPH Diesel; disposal of RCRA and Non-RCRA waste; manhole inspection and rehabilitation; manhole raising up to 12”; install or remove flow meters; smoke testing pipelines 4” to 24” in diameter. Point repair of CIPP of 6” to 24” pipeline. Conventional CIPP lining of 6” to 12” pipe inversion and curing of a resin impregnated pipe. Ultraviolet CIPP lining of 6” to 24” pipe installation. Other nonrecurring work requirements including lateral reinstatement; lateral top hat; by-pass pumping (small and large diameter); bin rental; service orders for minor and major repairs.Work will be performed at various Naval and Marine Corps Installations within the footprint of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest: Naval Base San Diego Naval Medical Center San Diego Naval Base Coronado Naval Amphibious Base NOLF Imperial Beach Coastal Campus Imperial Beach Naval Base Point Loma Harbor Drive Annex Old Town Campus Marine Corps Air Station Miramar
