Description

The Regional Contracting Office-Parris Island, SC is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement to replace a 20kW Diesel Generator. Interested offerors will be required to remove the existing generator and install the replacement generator to a Featherlite trailer. The Government is interested in all businesses within a 50 miles radius of Ft Worth, TX 76127. The generator may include a weather enclosure and/or possible sound enclosure. This Notice will also support this office’s determination to solicit unrestricted with Full and Open Competition, or Set Aside for Small Business. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 335312 which has a corresponding Size Standard of 1250 employees.THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for information does not constitute a request for quotes; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these items or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice; responses to this Notice cannot be accepted as offers.
