Description

This is a sources sought for the acquisition and maintenance services for the MDR-80V Digital Video Recorder, (DVR), NSN: 5836-01-629-6814, P/N: 51571001-520 and the Removable Memory Module (RMM), 64GB Flash Drive, NSN: 7045-01-630-6570, P/N: 51570601-537. Each new acquisition of the MDR-80V DVR includes one RMM 64GB Flash Drive. The current source for supply and maintenance services is TEAC Aerospace Technologies Inc., 1615 W. NASA Blvd., Melbourne, FL 32901, CAGE 3SDT5. Detailed technical data for the manufacture or acceptance of these items is not available from the US Army. Suppliers capable of manufacturing and maintaining these items must so indicate via email to the primary POC. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with units that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the units from the previous supplier. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that this item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.No telephone responses will be accepted.
