- Description
- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking professional, timely, thorough and cost-effective legal services in defense of USDA that result in favorable rulings to the Department. The Contractor shall provide the full gamut of legal services for employment-related litigation in accordance with EEOC Initial Orders, MSPB Acknowledgement Orders and USDA regulations. The scope of the resultant contract may include employment-related legal services for all USDA and USDA agencies. The Contractor shall be responsible for project management for this effort including, but not limited to: Meetings, PWS performance standards and deadlines established by the jurisdictions/tribunals.Period of Performance: March 1, 2020-February 28,2023 (Base plus to two (2) one year option periods)Set Aside: Small BusinessAnticipated Contract Type: Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)Technical Questions Due: Monday, December 30, 2019.Solicitation Close Date: January 20, 2020, 2:30 EST.
