- SEE COMBINEDSOL-SYNOPSIS_LIBRARY SERVICES PLATFORM DOCUMENT FOR COMPLETE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product/service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is being solicitated as Brand Name or Equal. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is 75N97019Q00059 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code 541519 with a size standard $27.5M. This acquisition is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part Subpart 13.5.The purpose of this contract is to provide the National Library of Medicine (NLM) with cloud based Library Services Platform and Discovery Layer as well as the technical, management, and support services for implementing and maintaining the platform. Please see the attached Statement of Work for the complete scope of work.
