- Purpose of Amendment 1 is to extend the quote due date. Solicitation W911SA-19-Q-3082 will be issued on or about 01-November-2019 and can be accessed at www.fbo.gov. This requirement is for Refuse Services, Multi-Site, IL177 USARC Facilities in the State Of Illinois. The performance period is 01-April-2020 (or subsequent date) to 31-March-2021 with four (4) one year option periods.Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
