12/12/2019: Amendment 0002 - Add Attachment F (SF30 and Updated Q&A Log). The purpose of Amendment 0002 is:(1) Revise the answers to questions 21 and 22 on the Q&A Log and add question 28. Answer to Question 21 is changed FROM "The ropes at 501 "I" Street elevator #2 are not frequently replaced. The last time the ropes were replaced is unknown." TO "The ropes at 501 "I" Street elevator #2 are not frequently replaced. The rope tag for elevator #2 states June 1998." Answer to Question 22 is changed FROM "The ropes at 501 "I" Street elevator #8 are not frequently replaced. The last time the ropes were replaced is unknown." TO "The ropes at 501 "I" Street elevator #8 are not frequently replaced. The rope tag for elevator #8 states June 1998." Question number 28 is added to the Q&A log as follows: “When the last time the ropes were replaced at 501 I St, Sacramento - elevator #1? The rope tag for elevator #1 states April 1997."(2) Add Standard Form (SF) 30 Amendment 0002 to RFQ Section A.1 and provide as Attachment F.(3) Add the Question and Answer Log Updated 12/12/2019 to RFQ Sec A.1; see Attachment F & RFQ REV2 with tracked-changes.(4) All other items remain unchanged.12/06/2019: Amendment 0001 - Add Attachment E (SF30 and Q&A Log). The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to:(1) Extend the Offer Due Date to Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time.(2) Add Standard Form (SF) 30 Amendment 0001 to RFQ Section A.1 and provide as Attachment E.(3) Add the Question and Answer Log dated 12/06/2019 to RFQ Sec A.1; see Attachment E & RFQ REV1 with tracked-changes.(4) All other items remain unchanged.11/21/2019: Update 0001 - Add Attachment. The purpose of update 0001 is to add the Pre-Quote Conference Agenda / Minutes to the solicitation. All other items remain unchanged. (No SF30 associated with this update)11/01/2019: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation announcement and constitutes the only solicitation. This is a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract with a Performance Based Statement of Work (PBSOW). It is a total small business set-aside and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).The Conctractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and skills necessary to ensure effective performance of full elevator maintenance, repair, and related services.The base period of performance is six months from 04/01/2020 - 09/30/2020 and there are four, 12-month option years from 10/01/2020 - 09/30/2024. The Contract Line Items (CLINs) numbers, descriptions, quantities, units of measure etc. can be found in the RFQ pages 10 - 19 and on Attachment B - Standard Form 1449; see also Attachment C - Offer Sheet.The Pre-Quote Conference and Site Visit is scheduled Tuesday, November 19, 2019; attendance is strongly encouraged. Those planning to attend need to email the Site-Visit Registration Form (Attachment D) to Patricia.Skinner@gsa.gov no later than Tuesday, November 12, 2019, 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time.
