- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is NOT a request for proposal or invitation for bid. The 187th Fighter Wing Contracting Office, Montgomery, AL announces the anticipated release of Solicitation W50S6N-20-B-0001 being issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). All applicable provisions and clauses will be included in the actual solicitation document. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued.The IFB is being set aside for 100% Small Business concerns; all others will be deemed non-responsive. Contract award will be based on FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. An award will be made to the responsible bidder (IAW FAR 9.104-1) whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price-related factors included in the invitation.Interested parties should register online and subscribe to receiving procurement announcements related to this solicitation via the website beta.sam.gov for Contract Opportunities. There will be no paper copies of this solicitation. All solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website. Please reference solicitation W50S6N-20-B-0001 on all correspondence.Project Title: Repair Lift Station and Oil Water Separators ProjectProject Number: FAKZ172009Place of Performance: Dannelly Field Air National Guard Base, Montgomery, AL 36108Brief Description of Work: The work to be performed under this project consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, and management necessary to repair sanitary sewer lift stations and oil water separators in accordance with Statement of Work.Size Standard: $39.7MMagnitude of Construction: IAW FAR 36.204: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.Additional Information: The applicable NAICS code is 237110, Water and Sewer Line & Related Structures Constructions. The acquisition will be a competitive set-aside for total small business concerns. The IFB will be available by electronic transmission only at Contract Opportunities at beta.sam.gov.The IFB is expected to be available December 27, 2019. This project will have a Pre-Bid site visit.This acquisition is being issued under FAR Part 19 Total Small Business set-aside and solicited via Invitation for Bid.Potential Bidder must be currently registered in System for Award Management to be eligible for award (sam.gov).Payment for this acquisition will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System. Contractors must be registered in WAWF (wawf.eb.mil). All responsible sources may submit bids which will be considered by the 187th Fighter Wing Contracting Office.Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has not obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
