THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE SYNOPSIZING AN UPCOMING COMPETITIVE SOLICITATION SATISFYING THE REQUIREMENTS OF FAR 5.201 AND 5.203 AN INVITATION FOR BIDS WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT JANUARY 9, 2020Repair Fire Damage to Building B108 Bath, NY VA Medical Center Procurement Number: 36C24220B0009Project Number: 528A6-19-662The Bath VA Medical Center (VAMC) will be posting a solicitation to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to perform work under project number 528A6-19-622 titled Repair Fire Damage to B108. The general scope of this project is to restore site to a usable condition as a result of damages that occurred from a vehicle fire in the building. All work will be accomplished on the Bath VAMC site as indicated in the specifications and drawings. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 million. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A 20% bid bond will be required and must be submitted with the bid. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.The POC for this project will be Tanya Baldwin, Contract Specialist.
