- Description
- The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to clean, maintain, and treat commercial aquatic size pool, spa, and wading pool of approximately 199,964 gallons as well as maintain equipment in the pool’s pump room. In strict accordance with the attached statement of work. The contractor must perform to the standards in this contract. All submittals are required for review and approval to the Contracting Officer prior to award. California DOL DBA General Decision No: 15-5651 (Rev.-9), Mod, dated are applicable to this project. All applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations, requirements, best management practices, and standard operation procedures applies. THIS CONTRACT WILL BE BASED ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: FIRM FIXED PRICE, LOWEST COST TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE. FAR CLAUSE 52.237-2 PROTECTION OF GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT, AND VEGETATION ARE APPLICABLE. FAR Clauses in effect through: FAC 2019-03.
