ACTION TYPE: Pre-solicitation SynopsisDATE: 11 December 2019SUBJECT: Forest Green Canvas, 810 YDS, in support of Joint Manufacturing Technology Center (JMTC).SOLICITATION NUMBER: PANROC-20-P-0000 001492NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM: 314910PRODUCT SERVICE CODE: 4940This is a new requirement for JMTC. The U.S. Government is soliciting for 810 YDS of Forest Green canvas, with a 100 percent option to be included in the procurement. The entire purchase must originate from same lot in order to prevent color inconsistency. The end item will support the Army’s Forward Repair System. Specifications for the Forest Green canvas is in accordance with drawing RIA148880, dash number -2 standard IAW spec. MIL - PRF-20696, Type 1, II or the IV, Class 2, Color 383 Green, Color Chip 34094 of FED-STD-595 standard. A commercial standard equivalent, Sunbrella Firesist 82003-0000 Forest Green, is acceptable. The length per roll is to be 65 Yards (195 Ft) and the Width per roll is 60-inches (Five Feet). We allow the last roll to equal 30 Yards.All potential vendors must self-certify or belong to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 314910 (Textile Bag and Canvas Mills). This solicitation will be a 100 percent small business set - aside.Delivery is scheduled 30 days after projected award date of January 9, 2019.
