This is a 5-year, Firmed-Fixed Requirements Contract for System Electronics Unit (SEU) spares to support the HH-60G Pave Hawk Helicopter.BEST ESTIMATED QUANTITIES FOR ALL YEARSNSN: 5998-01-660-1710GC; P/N: 3201-0101-03-2; NOUN: System Electronics Unit (SEU). ITEM FUNCTION: Provides system electronics for the operation of the Improved Altitude Hover and Hold Stabilization (IAHHS); ITEM MATERIAL: Aluminum/Gold; ITEM DESCRIPTION: LENGTH: 16.0 in; WIDTH: 7.76 in; HEIGHT: 3.75 in; WEIGHT: 8.0 lbs.QTY: OP I: BEQ 11 Each; OP II - V: BEQ 1 - 5 EachAnticipated Date of Award: 30 march 2020The following Data Requirements are applicable to this NSN: - Counterfeit Prevention Plan - IUID ChecklistFOB: OriginDESTINAITON: SW3119DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 210 Days AROA written RFP will be issued.The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, DRS ICAS, LLC., (CAGE 0CDN3) under Authority of FAR 13.106-1(b(1). Interested person may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after the date of publicaiton of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.Based upon market research, the Government is anticipating using the policies contained in FAR Part 15, Contract by Negotiations, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement within 15 days of this notice.All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the agency.
