Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance withthe format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in thisnotice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requestedand a written solicitation will not be issued.The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for Helium. Thespecifications for Helium are attached.The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed price purchase order in accordancewith Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 13.5. All applicable provisions andclauses, including FAR clauses 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 are included herein. Allsources shall submit a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3.All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Evaluation factors other thanprice include: Delivery - providing the products in accordance with the attachedspecifications and all the quantities referenced in the schedule (Section 2) under this RFQ15DDHQ20Q00000021. Offerors’ shall also provide an estimated lead-time for therequested supplies which will also be evaluated.Award will be based on technically acceptable/lowest price - for an offeror to beconsidered technically acceptable, it shall be able to provide the items listed in thespecifications and quantities listed in the schedule under this RFQ 15DDHQ20Q00000021.All sources shall provide ALL OR NONE in response to this combinedsynopsis/solicitation. NO PARTIAL ORDERS/SHIPMENTS will be accepted.All questions and quotes shall be submitted electronically to alicia.l.jones@usdoj.gov. Thedeadline for questions is December 19, 2019 at 3 PM (EST). Questions & Answers will beposted as an amendment to this solicitation. Quotes are due no later than December 19,2019 at 3 PM EST.
