- 12 December 2019: An updated Classified Stryker MCWS System Performance Specification (Attachment 0036) is available for this effort. In order to receive a copy of Attachment 0036, Offerors shall provide proof of valid Industrial Facilities Security Clearance by contacting the PM SBCT Security Manager, Diane Mitchell, diane.m.mitchell.civ@mail.mil, with the Company Name, address, CAGE Code, Facility CAGE Code as per the NISPOM DoD 5220.22-M, the contact information for the Facility Security Officer (FSO), and basis of the need to know. Foreign respondents who are not partnered with a U.S. prime contractor must have their government send the request for this information on their behalf, via their U.S. based Embassy. Verification of foreign respondent's ability to access and store U.S. classified information is required prior to any classified information being sent.
