- Description
- The Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground is seeking potential sources under the proposed NAICS Code 335931 who have the capability to provide Brand Name Only Alpha and Belden Cables, Wires, and accessories from the product list that is attached. These are commercial-off-the-shelf items of the Alpha and Belden brand name; no substitutions shall be accepted. Each wire or cable shall be a continuous (non-sliced) requested length of cable or wire. Anticipated ordering periods are a base and 2 option years. The Place of delivery is at US Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) Building 358 6850 Lanyard Road Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-5059. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS code 335931. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a RFQ may be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Response to this notice is strictly voluntary and will not affect any corporation's ability to submit an offer if and when a solicitation is released. There is no bid package or solicitation document associated with this announcement.Interested sources may submit their capabilities and qualifications via email to:Charrissa M.
