- Reference Special Notice Synopsis on Sam.Gov Number: N66001_SNOTE_0010C48ARFQ N66001-19-Q-6476 / Award N66001-20-P-6010 The scope of this simplified acquisition procedure (SAP) award is the research and development for Blind Source Separation (BSS) of Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) Radio Frequency (RF) sources. The objective is to develop signal processing algorithms that can detect multi-user frequency hopping transmissions and reconstruct individual source streams of data by operating on the entire hopping system bandwidth and exploiting the sparsity of transmissions within frequency and time. Deliverables include a final technical report and an executable computer software file.
