- *** 12/13/2019 Update to Solicitation - Amendment 04Amendment 04 is to suspend Solicitation. ***12/10/2019 Update to Solicitation - Amendment 03Amendment 03 is to correct E-1(A)(iii). ***12/10/2019 Update to Solicitation - Amendment 02:Amendment 02 is to correct Table of Contents errors and fuel amount in A-3. See Amendment and revised Solicitation. ***12/06/2019 This Solcitation is amended by Amendment 01: Amendment is to correct MAP lengths and item requirements in A-12. See Amendment and revised Solicitation. Nine (9) Standard Category, Light (Type III) Helicopters fully operated, meeting the requirements of this Schedule and the specifications for operation at the host base, and during the periods shown below. Award of helicopters for make and model will be based on best value. The performance requirements are a minimum and the helicopter will be evaluated for overall best value considering price and other factors. The Government will determine best value.It is the intent of this solicitation to secure a Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment contract not to exceed 1 base year and 3 option years for the daily availability rate. The flight rate will be an indefinite quantity with no guarantee of flight hours given by the Government. The Government may award a single contract or multiple awards based on the outcome of the evaluation process. The Government reserves the right to award any combination of items and/or number of items.Helicopter Inspections (carding) -- all equipment needing to be inspected shall be available for inspection at least 3 days prior to the start of work. Inspections may take place at the vendor’s facility or host base or at a location agreed to with the Agency Maintenance Inspectors.
