- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Hazelton, West Virginia intends to issue solicitation 15B12120RFQB10007, for the requirements Orthopedic Surgeons/Physician to render services on site for the inmate population incarcerated at FCC Hazelton to include all 4 institutions. This solicitation is partial small business set a side. Pricing will be provided FOB Destination, 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single award. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered.. The solicitation will be made available on or about December 13, 2019 and will be posted to https://beta.sam.gov , all future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is December 20,2019 at 9:00AM EST. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications or be registered in and have their reps and certs updated in the System for Awards Management (SAMs).
