- The Albany Stratton VA Medical Center within the New York/New Jersey VA Health Care Network (VISN 2) has a need for a capitated Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) to provide primary care and certain specialty services in a private hospital, office or clinic environment for veterans of Rensselaer County, New York. The CBOC must be located within Rensselaer County, New York. It is estimated that Request for Proposal (RFP) 36C24219R0003 will be available for download from this website on or about December 13, 2019. No hardcopies will be sent. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist at Heather.Schrader@va.gov. Questions must be received a minimum of 10 business days before the closing date listed in the RFP. If warranted, responses to inquiries will be incorporated into a written amendment posted on: https://beta.sam.gov/. Verbal questions and phone calls will not be addressed. Questions in response to this pre-solicitation notice will not be addressed. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking this website for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the proposal period.This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 621498 All Other Outpatient Care Centers and the Size Standard is $22 Million. Contractors are required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/ prior to contract award.
