- 13 DEC 2019: Q&A has been posted. No changes to the RFP or any attachments were made as a result of the Q&A.The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has issued the FINAL solicitation for Maritime Special Operations Forces Support (M-SOFS) services. Offerors are encouraged to review the FINAL solicitation document and all associated attachments.Interested prime offerors MUST contact the contracting officer to obtain Attachment 1- IDIQ Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment 1a - TO 1 PWS, and Attachment 1b - TO 2 PWS to the Solicitation. To be considered an interested prime offeror, the company must be an eligible SDVOSB with TS FCL and Secret Safeguarding at time of proposal submission.This acquisition will be conducted as a SDVOSB set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541990, and the small business size standard is $16.5M. The Government intends to award multiple five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contracts as a result of this solicitation.
