- FACILITIES SUPPORT SERVICES - HAWAIIThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. All questions must be sent directly to capplegate@usgs.gov by 12/19/2019. Contractor is responsible for reading the contents of this document and attachments. Quotes will be accepted via e-mail at capplegate@usgs.gov or FAX to (206) 526-6654. Quotes submitted through beta.SAM.gov or FedConnect will not be considered.This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-03, effective 13 December 2019. This acquisition is reserved for Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 561210 - Facilities Support Services, with an associated size standard of $38.5 million.DESCRIPTION OF SERVICESThe US Geological Survey - Hawaiian Volcano Observatory, requires a general labor at several sites that are or will be part of operations as described in the Statement of Work (see P. 11). These services are subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards. A Site Visit is scheduled for 12/18/2019 as described on P. 10.In addition to a quote, capability and past performance information, the awardee will be required to provide proof of insurance before award (see P. 8).
