- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to issue Solicitation 36C252-20-Q-0129 for valet parking services at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison, WI and the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. It is anticipated that the RFP will be issued on or around 12 December 2019. The contractor shall provide all labor, material and/or equipment, supervision, and incidental services to successfully provide valet parking for all VA patients. The VA intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract for a one base year and four (4) one-year option periods commencing April 1, 2020. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 812930. This procurement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. All SDVOSB offerors must be listed as verified by the CVE in Veterans Information Page website in order to submit an offer in response to this solicitation in accordance with VAAR 819.7003.
