Contiguous space is preferred but not required. 2nd floor space or higher is preferred but not required. Space must have the potential for an efficient layout.Public transportation must be available, at regularly scheduled times during the entire workday within a one-half mile radius of the building. The route from the bus stop to the building entrance shall be accessible for the mobility impaired.The Government shall have the right to install a “stick” antenna on the building.The Government requires a fully serviced lease. All services, janitorial supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are required as part of the fully serviced rent.Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
