- Description
- The United States of America, acting by and through the Secretary of the Air Force (the “Government”), is seeking to lease administrative office space (“Leased Space”) in support of 189 personnel within a 10-mile radius of Hanscom Air Force Base (“HAFB”) in Lexington, Massachusetts, with a minimum space requirement of 29,997 usable square feet and up to a maximum space of 32,997 usable square feet. The Government will only consider Leased Space located in an existing building. A complete buildout is desired by 30 April 2020, but required by 15 May 2020. The Lease (defined in attached documents) will have an initial term of one (1) year followed by four (4) consecutive renewal options of one (1) year each.Proposals are due NLT 13 DEC 19 3PM ESTPlease submit all questions to Michael S.
