- Description
- The US Army Corps of Engineers at Stillwater Dam in Forest City, Pennsylvania requires bridge demolition of an out of Service Bridge.Quotes can be submitted via e-mail to Aisha Boykin, Purchasing Agent at e-mail aisha.r.boykin@usace.army.mil, Contracting Division, Services and Supplies Branch.Site visits must be conducted prior to the submission of quote. The site visit will be held on 06 November 2019 at 1100 am (EST). Please meet at the PA Fish and Boat Access Parking lot off of State Route 171, 4.1 miles north of Forest City, PA. The point of contact for the site visit is Jeff Meadows at 570-213-2264.By submission of a quote, the Offeror acknowledges the requirement that prospective awardee must have an active registration in the SAM database prior to award, duringperformance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this proposal. Lack of active registration in the SAM database will make an Offeror ineligible for award. Offerors and contractors may obtain information on registration and annualconfirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or at: http://www.sam.gov.Any questions concerning this solicitation must be submit Request for Information (RFIs) by e-mail only to aisha.r.boykin@usace.army.mil no later than 12 November 2019 at 11:00 AM (EST).
