- ITEM # 1 Small Piece Folder Furnish and install two (2) each color touch screen-controlled return to feed Small Piece Folders. Equipment shall be in accordance Technical Performance Specifications. ITEM # 2 Blanket Folding Machine Furnish and install one (1) blanket folder-cross-folder. Folder shall be an integral unit equipped with a conveyor feed and capable of meeting blanket production requirements. Equipment shall be in accordance Technical Performance Specifications.ITEM #3 300/400 Pound Gas Heated Drying and Conditioning Tumbler With External Lint Collection Furnish and install one (1) 300/400-pound production gas heated dryer with external to the machine lint collection. Equipment shall be in accordance Technical Performance Specifications.The VA National Acquisition Center (NAC) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the VA Medical Center in Buffalo, NY to interested sources to provide the following line item: **********PLEASE NOTE**********This procurement will be advertised as a Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). NAICS code 333318 and Small Business Size Standard 1000 employees are applicable to determine business size standard. Request for proposals shall be issued on or about December 14, 2019.
