- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Wildlife Services Facility in Oklahoma City, OK intends to issue a formal request for quotes for Twenty (20) Feral Swine traps equipped with a camera system allowing for remote firing via a Smartphone or computer.The solicitation and evaluation procedures will be prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13 using the format found at FAR Subpart 12.3 and supplemented with additional information included the solicitation. This requirement will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.219-6. (Nov 2011) In accordance with Agricultural Acquisition Regulation ( AGAR )452.219-70 (NOV 1996) Size Standard and NAICS Code Information :The North American Industrial Classification System Code(s) and business size standard(s) describing the products and/or services to be acquired under this solicitation is listed below: NAICS Code 114210 Hunting and TrappingSize Standard $5.5MilSpecificationsBig Pig Panel Trap System including (2) 6’ Gates, (8) 6’ Panels, HogEye Camera system (including all solar components) and custom trailer.Brand name or equal products will be considered.
