- This request for proposal will result in a 5-year Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery Contract under FAR Part 13.5 for the following commercial item:NOMENCLATURE: Distribution System M60NSN: 6150-01-598-5289PART NUMBER: 13229E6335GUARANTEED MINIMUM: $ 5,000.00CONTRACT MAXIMUM: $ 1,000,000.00The guaranteed minimum and contract maximum apply to the life of the contract.The Annual Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) is 26 units.The listed BEQ is not guaranteed and should be used for planning purposes only.Proposed unit prices will be for the item specified in Section B of this solicitation, for a period of five (5) years from the contract award date. The contracting officer must determine prices to be fair and reasonable for each quantity range of each year; therefore, offerors shall insert firm-fixed prices for all quantity ranges.The Government has included the Technical Data Package as part of this solicitation in ZIP File Format. Beta SAM does not allow ZIP Files to be uploaded. Please contact the Contract Specialist, listed below, to request the Technical Data Package (Attachment 0001). The solicitation, Attachment 0002, Attachment 0003, and Exhibit A are uploaded on Beta SAM.This procurement is being managed through Beta System for Award Management (SAM). All documents and proposals must be submitted through the Beta System for Award Management site. Submissions may be emailed to Megan.Luber@dla.mil, if submission through the Beta System for Award Management (Beta SAM) is not successful or as a backup to the Beta SAM submission, and an email confirmation will be provided upon receipt.The URL for Beta SAM is https://beta.sam.gov/.
