- Amendment 3The Government is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) amendment for future solicitation N00024-20-R-5500 for FY21-25 AN/SPY-6 hardware production in order to post a DRAFT solicitation. The DRAFT solicitation is included as an attachment to this amendment. Feedback and/or questions regarding the DRAFT solicitation shall be submitted in writing using RFI Attachment 3, Question Submittal Form. Completed Question Submittal forms shall be submitted via e-mail to the Contract Specialist, Justin.L.Bennett3@navy.mil, and to the Contracting Officer, Melissa.B.Ramirez@navy.mil. Please submit any feedback and/or questions to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer by 4:00pm EDT on Monday October 7th. Verbal feedback and/or questions will not be accepted. Feedback and/or questions shall not contain classified information.This announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. NAVSEA does not assume liability for costs incurred by an attendee or for travel expenses or marketing efforts; therefore, attendee costs in response to this notice are not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government.
