- SAVE THE DATE - INDUSTRY DAYAs part of continuing Market Research, the Government is planning to conduct an Industry Day for the Non-Temporary Storage initiative. The Government intends to hold a general session in the morning and conduct one-on-one sessions as scheduling allows.15 December 2019 UPDATE: All areas marked with a # have been updated.# Please see attachments for Industry Day general session slides and questions the goverment anticipates asking each contractor during the one-on-one sessions.# INCLEMENT WEATHER GUIDANCE:The Scott AFB surrounding area is currently under a winter weather advisory through Monday night, 16 December 2019.The NTS Industry Day will mirror Scott AFB's (daily) guidance as follows:Should Scott AFB be CLOSED, the industry day will be CLOSED. Should Scott AFB be OPEN, the industry day will be OPEN.Should Scott AFB be DELAYED REPORTING, industry day attendees may arrive at the time prescribed.Please monitor the following locations for SAFB reporting guidance:-- the Scott AFB public website -- www.scott.af.mil-- the Straight Talk Line at 256-SAFB (7232)-- the Scott AFB Facebook page (which has a direct link off of www.scott.af.mil)-- local news channels (least reliable)4 December 2019 UPDATE: All areas marked with a ** have been updated.**Date: 17-18 December 2019 8:00 - 4:30 CT**Location: Drury Inn & Suites 1118 Central Park Drive O'Fallon, IL 62269All industry partners interested in this program are invited to attend.
