- Statement of Work: MNFI Heritage Database Access - FY 2020Michigan Natural Features Inventory (MNFI) will provide access to the Michigan Natural Features Inventory Heritage Database for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District staff designated by the District contact. MNFI will promptly assign and provide login information to each designated staff member. MNFI will promptly resolve any database access issues. The intended source for this requirement is Michigan Natural Features Inventory (MNFI), as the electronic database owned and managed by MNFI. MNFI maintains a database of endangered and threatened species occurence locations in Michigan.The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this action is 323111 - Commercial Printing (except Screen and Books).The Federal Product Service Code for this action is R799 Other Management Support Services.This action will NOT be set-aside for small business.The Government intends to solicit a proposal and award a contract for this requirement on a sole-source basis; however, all responses to this notice will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.HOW TO RESPOND TO THIS NOTICE:Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advatageous to the Government.
