Description

This is a Synopsis and a Notice of Intent to award to a sole-source contractorTHIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The United States Air Force (USAF) intends to award a sole-source contract to Corelis Inc. The USAF requires 6 each VDATS MESS-004 ScanExpress for VDATS MESS-004. These items are commercial in nature with modifications to manufacture ITA hardware for VDATS MESS-004 ScanExpress for VDATS MESS-004. Corelis Inc. has already performed the Research & Development for the necessary modifications to guarantee that no disruption to the existing program data flow is incurred by the introduction of systems and parts incompatible with the core VDATS DA station. Any other vendor would require significant Research & Development to provide a VDATS MESS-004 ScanExpress identical identical in form, fit and function to what Corelis Inc. can provide.Please contact Dwight Harman at dwight.harman@us.af.mil by noon EST on 19-December-2019 for all questions and concerns.The USAF intends to award this contract on 20-December-2019.
