This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.The solicitation number is N4523A20Q5701 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) using FAR part 13 procedures.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02.This requirement shall be pursued using full and open competition.
