- This is a non-personal services contract to provide Community Nursing Home Services.The Community Nursing Home (CNH) program is a key component of the Veterans HealthAdministration (VHA) continuum of care under authority 38 U.S. Code � 1720. The Contractor agrees toprovide in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein to the U.S. Department of VeteransAffairs. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providersperforming the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to theContractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
