- Synopsis/Solicitation ComboINTRODUCTIONThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2030-03, effective 13 December 2019. This acquisition is total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 488190, Other Support Activities for Air Transportation, with an associated size standard of $32.5 million annually.SPECIFICATIONThe U.S. Geological Survey, Alaska Science Center, requires logistical support services including access to: space to park aircraft, power to heat aircraft, hangar space to perform maintenance, office space to set-up analytical equipment, and affordable lodging for a large group. Please see attached document(s) for a detailed description and solicitation provisions/clauses.SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS/PROPOSALSQuotations/Proposals shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contracting Officer at nlushenko@usgs.gov. All proposal documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than 30 December 2019 at 1700 ET.
