Description: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)- Fort Hood in conjunction with the Dugway Proving Ground (DPG) UT, Western Desert Test Center (WDTC) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP). The MICC-Fort Hood has a requirement for non-personal services to support the DPG WDTC, to provide personnel, management, supervision, supplies, materials, equipment, and tools not otherwise provided by the government to perform services required to support the developmental and operational testing at WDTC.
