These resources are accessible via the Internet.Scope of Work: The Contractor shall be responsible for the management, labor and equipment necessary to provide access to(1) serial publication subscriptions (both in print and online), (2) point of care database subscriptions, and (3) related subscription requirements to keep track of subscriptions which are likely renewal titles year to year once the subscription exists. Related subscription requirements include paying publishers, handling claims for non-receipt, processing changes in subscriptions status (renewals, new and cancelled subscriptions), facilitating the activation of online access, and submission of required reports and other service problems. Approximately 90% of subscriptions placed by the Customers will be renewal subscriptions.Customer through the Contract Specialist maintains the right to add or delete titles as needed to the journal list each year as the situation unfolds using the contract modification vehicle. As is known to be the case, sometimes National VA picks up titles or removes titles that they currently subscribe to. Or the case where the local institution either no longer finds a need for a title or a new subject arises that was not being covered before. Vendor is required to notify customer of titles which cease or merge during contract years. Claims for customer should be made within 48 business hours of request. Peters, Bronx VAMC and listed CBOC & VET Clinics as defined herein.��The government intends to award a contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein.
