- Description
- Contractor shall supply one (1) 60 Ton Chiller (nominal) to supply chilled water to 3 inch supply and return lines terminated outside of B640. Chiller unit shall supply at least 115 gpm at 60-70 water pressure. Rental is estimated 12 months period of performance. Cooling load is 45 tons and may fluctuate. Chiller shall be able to operate at a partial load. Chiller unit shall operate at 480V-3Ph at 150 amps or less. Contractor will require second site visit after delivery of chiller. Once chiller is delivered, Govt. will make all utility connections. After connections are made by Govt., contractor will return for initial startup at a later date. Items to be included are as follows: All standard cables, adapters, and hoses required for operation. Delivery of Chiller and pick up at end of rental POP.
