- Description
- The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast, in support of the Department of the Navy (“DON” or “Government”), is seeking information from property owners who are interested in leasing the DON 35,000 square feet of combination Class C and warehouse commercial office space by no later than March 2020. The subject property will be required to meet ALL the requirements set forth in Section III, “Minimum Requirements.” Failure to meet these requirements will result in no further discussion with DON. Interested responders may complete and submit a Request for Interest (“RFI”) response in support of their proposed project concepts for the site no later than December 20, 2019. The DON intends to use the RFI responses to further evaluate its best courses of action. From Naval Station (NS) Mayport, the location shall be South of the St Johns River, East of I-295 and North of Beach Blvd. See solicitation for additional requirements.
