Description

This is a Best Value, Firm Fixed-Price Contract. The contractor shall perform work assignments within the parameters of the Performance Work Statement. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government with the following factors. The evaluation factors will be taken into consideration is Price Evaluation, Technical Capability, Satisfactory Past Performance and offerors full understanding of the required work. Evaluation of Factors will be greater than the price for the determination of award.Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision to provide lawn care services at the Coast Guard Academy as indicated in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Technical Exhibits found in this solicitation. The RFQ is for one-year base period plus four option years to extend services. The location of work is at US Coast Guard Academy, 15 Mohegan Avenue New London, CT 06320.SITE VISIT:The U.S. Coast Guard Academy recommend to all interested contractors to perform a site visit scheduled for 02 December at 10:00AM in Sail Loft Conference Room.
