- 15B20520Q00000007The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center (FMC) Devens intends to make a single award for elevator maintenance services at FMC Devens. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310. The size standard is $8 million. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a twelve (12) month base year with four (4) 12-month option years for renewal.All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policy and regulations. The contractor will provide services and supplies in accordance to the Statement of Work.The solicitation is now available and will be distributed solely through the Government Point of Entry website at http://www.betasam.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.Please view all attachments to this solicitation as they are pertinent to the requirement.The date for receipt of quotes is January 17, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
