- This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice regarding solicitation W52P1J20R5002 for a construction project.Please note, this is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forth coming and will be posted on or around 03 January 2020 with all the necessary documents to include the Scope of Work. The closing/response date and time for this notice will be Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at 13:00 (1pm) Central Time.Project entails the work detailed in PR #2018-2936, repair by re-covering an existing low-slope EPDM roof with a new EPDM roofing system on Building (BLDG) 212 located at the US Army Garrison (USAG) Rock Island Arsenal (RIA).The requirement entails a base bid and four (4) bid options. The base bid work contains repair of 41,000 square feet of existing low-slope single-ply roofing by re-covering with a new EPDM membrane system. Bid Option 1 work includes repairs of 41,000 square feet of existing low-slope single-ply roofing by re-covering with a new EPDM membrane system. Bid Option 2 work involves repairs of 38,000 square feet of existing low-slope single-ply roofing by re-covering with a new EPDM membrane system. Bid Option 3 work contains repairs of 36,000 square feet of existing low-slope single-ply roofing by re-covering with a new EPDM membrane system. Bid Option 4 involves repairs on 48,000 square feet of existing low-slope single-ply roofing by re-covering with a new EPDM membrane system.
