- To reopen solicitation 1/4/2020 and closing on 2/4/2020.This solicitation is being issued to establish an Indefinite-Delivery Contract (IDC) over the SAT using FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures that will provide stock replenishment coverage in support of military depots.
