Description

A solicitation will be issued for End Item: Stratofortress B-52 Aircraft, NSN 1560-00-659-4864, Panel Assembly, Wing, IQC 1000083301. OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT: 48 MONTHS. DURATION OF CONTRACT ORDERING PERIOD: 12 MONTHS. Delivery schedule is 304 days ARO. Critical Application item. NAICS is 336413. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, full and open after exclusions of sources procedures. Intended sources: Limco Airepair, Inc. (CAGE 16630), Airborne Supply (CAGE 65088), Honeycomb Company of America, Inc. (CAGE 99115), Bonded Technology, Inc. (CAGE 015P0), Cynthia Garcia (CAGE 0JWH9), and Pratt & Whitney H A C, Inc. (CAGE 1N454). Only offers from small business concerns will be considered. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Estimated Annual Quantities for a base period of five years with zero (0) options will be 12 each. Surge requirements do not apply. This solicitation includes Note L09, Reverse Auction.The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as “Militarily Critical Technical Data.” Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
