COPIES OF DRAWINGS AND OTHER TECHNICAL DATA WILL NOT BE PROVIDED BEFORE RELEASE OF THE SOLICITATION.PRON: AX0T2038AX. The Government proposes to acquire a Firm-Fixed Price, One-Time Buy, a quantity of 350 each of a BEARING, BALL, DUPLEX, NSN:3110-01-087-4284, Part Number: 4040T20P03 applicable to the UH-60 BLACKHAWK weapon system.Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing (FAT) 810 Days after Contract Award (DACA).PLT without FAT 540 (DACA).This requirement is restricted to New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. CAGE Code: 83086, And General Electric Company, CAGE Code: 99207This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item describe above are encourage to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by emailing the inquiries to:usarmy.redstone.ccdc-avmc.mbx.ame-sar@mail.milAll responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing data annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depended upon the data of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470.
