- SARANEX REPAIR PATCHESNSN: 4240-01-467-4611PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICEThe Army Contracting Command-Warren (ACC-WRN), in support of the Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC), Consumable Items Group, intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price contract action for Saranex Laminate Repair Patches:NSN - 4240-01-467-4611QTY - 14,790Option QTY - 100%SYSYEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) All contractors that provide goods/services to the Department of Defense must be registered in SAM; this action will be set aside for Small Businesses as identified through SAM. You may register via the internet at https://www.sam.gov.Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) applies:Bidders are hereby notified of the following requirements: In order to receive the technical data package, all bidders are required to execute a Use and Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) binding each bidder to the terms and conditions of the agreement and vendors will also need to have access to FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). A copy of the non-disclosure agreement may be found as an attachment when the solicitation is issued on the web. An official authorized to legally bind the company must sign the NDA. Upon execution of the NDA, it must be returned to Michael D. Brusate by email michael.d.brusate.civ@mail.mil. Upon receipt of the signed NDA, and confirmation in the Joint Certification Program (See below), the technical data will be released in FBO. Your firm must request access to the TDP in FBO in addition to submitting the NDA in order to receive the TDP. Once all requirements have successfully been completed, you will be granted access to the TDP.EXPORT CONTROLLEDJoint Certification Program (EXPORT CONTROL)You must be certified to have export control TDP Access under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/) to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation, via FBO (www.fbo.gov). To register, or to re-register, please select the DD Form 2345 link (https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/forms/DD2345Form.pdf) and submit the form to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office, along with a copy of the company's State/Provincial License, Incorporation Certificate, Sales Tax Identification Form or other documentation which verifies the legitimacy of the company. See the instructions at https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/forms/InstructionsDDform2345.pdf. Mail the DD Form 2345 to the address is provided on form; it CANNOT be faxed or emailed. The process should take no more than one week for you to be certified or denied for approval under the JCP. If you encounter problems, please contact JCP at 1-877-352-2255 or via email at dlacontactcenter@dla.mil. Your firm must request access to the TDP in FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) in addition to submitting the above form in order to be granted access to the TDP.
