- This is a one-time, Firmed-Fixed spares buy for the Electronic Maintenance Kit used on the Analyzer Net Work. The proposed acquisition will be contracted sole source to Keysight Technologies (CAGE 7ZXR5), Colorado Springs, CO 80907-3423 in pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1).NSN: 6625-01-321-1544KV; P/N: 85053B; NOUN: Electronic Maintenance Kit. ITEM FUNCTION: Verifies network analyzer system is working properly in Radio Frequency Test Set. ITEM MATERIAL: Aluminum and steel calibration connectrors in a wooden case. ITEM DESCRIPTION: length: 9.0 IN; width: 12.0 IN; height: 2.0 IN; weight: 3.0 lbs.QTY: 2 EachThe following Contract Data Requirements List is applicable to this requirement: - Counterfeit Prevention Plan - IUID Marking Plan - IUID Marking Activity, Validation, and Verification Report - IUID ChecklistDESTINATION: SW3119FOB: OrginDELIVERY SCHEDULE: 120 Days AROA written RFQ will be issued. The anticipated date of award is: 28 February 2020The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 30 days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.Based upon Market Research, the Government is anticipating using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement within 15 days of this notice.
